§ Mr. BishopFollowing my undertaking to the Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments on 8th February 1978, I have taken advice from the highest legal quarter on the point that was raised in the Ninth Report from the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments. The advice upholds the view that the order is acceptable as drafted.
