Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will now take steps to amend the Revaluation (Consequential Provisions) Order (N.I.), 1976 in such a way as to avoid financial loss to persons to whom home loss payments have to be made under that order compared with the sums they would have received under the old multiplier; and if he will also seek to amend the 1976 Order to take account of the inflation which has occurred since 1973.
