§ Mr. KaufmanThe payments on account were authorised within nine months and seven months of the respective vesting dates for aircraft and shipbuilding companies under the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977, and are considered to be substantial in relation to the Government's preliminary view of their likely negotiating position.
