§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Industry, in view of the fact that the Post Office is again to raise its postal charges by ½ penny per letter in order to raise a further £50 million per annum, and in view of its profits, the fall in the inflationary spiral and the need to help prices down, he will take steps to stop these increases; and to what extent such increases will raise the cost of living.
