§ Mr. John FraserI have today laid before Parliament a draft Order in Council to raise the limit from £2,000 to £5,000. If approved by each House of Parliament the order will come into operation on 1st June 1978. The order will apply only to Great Britain. The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland
