§ 35. Mr. McCrindleasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he has any plans to alter the prescription charge or other medical charges under the National Health Service.
§ Mr. Moyle:It is the intention of the Government to phase out prescription charges. Other medical charges under the National Health Service are reviewed periodically in the light of prevailing costs and other circumstances.
