§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to prosecution for offences under the Marine Broadcasting Act the activities of Radio Caroline in using postal boxes for the distribution of its samples and other publicity activities.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI shall consider any details submitted to me by my hon. Friend in relation to the alleged activities.
