(3) how many members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary with unbroken service from 1952 to 1976 did not receive the Queen's Jubilee Medal; and why not, why not.

There will be no specified general criteria of seniority or length of service for the award of the Queen's Silver Jubilee Medal".In making his recommendation for the award of the medal, the Chief Constable 451W naturally bore in mind, among other considerations, service during the Queen's reign, and in connection with the Jubilee celebrations. It would not be appropriate to publish the numbers of medals awarded to any particular group.
