§ Mr. Charles Irvingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will raise in the United Nations Commission on Human Rights the continued mass murder in Uganda.
§ Mr. LuardHer Majesty's Government fully intend to work once again for action on the human rights situation in Uganda at the forthcoming meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Commission.
