Mr. Peter Bottomley

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list in the Official Report(a) the long-term and (b) the ordinary supplementary benefit rate for a single person, a married couple, a married couple with two children under five years of age and a married couple with four children, two under five years of age and two between 10 and 15 years of age, including an average rent payment as a percentage of average gross earnings for each year since 1964.
