§ Mr. DellYes. It is the Government's intention to recommend to the House an extension for 12 months of the powers granted under Section 5 of the Export Guarantees Act 1975, as amended by the International Finance Trade and Aid Act 1977. Arrangements will be made to ensure that the scheme is administered in a manner consistent with the Government's pay guidelines.
