§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council whether, in view of the revelations made during the Racal corruption case, he will move to appoint a Select Committee into all aspects of this case and the general issue of alleged slush funds and corruption funds known to be in existence and used by Government Departments.
