Mr. David Price

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what has been the total amount of rate support grant paid to the Hampshire county council for the years 1974–75, 1975–76, 1976–77, 1977–78 and 1978–79, respectively; how much is intended to be paid in 1979–80; and what these figures represent in real terms, taking 1974–75 as the base year.
