§ Mr. Arthur Davidson:Mr. Else was appointed a chairman of industrial tribunals on 1st August 1972. After practising as a solicitor from 1932, he served for over 10 years, immediately before receiving his present appointment, as full-time traffic commissioner and licensing authority for the West Midland traffic area, and had considerable experience of dealing with industrial problems in that capacity.
