Mr. Canavan

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for West Stirlingshire on 30th November, the commander-in-chief of the Argentinian air force will visit the United Kingdom; and, if so, when, for what purpose, and which Ministers he will meet.
