§ Mr. JuddWe very much hope that, following the initiative described in my reply to the hon. Member for Cambridge on 22nd November—[Vol. 958, c. 609–11—early agreement can be reached with the two Cyprus communities on a basis for the resumption of intercommunal negotiations under the auspices of the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
