§ 26. Mr. Selbyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of the ruling by Sheriff Smith on 16th November 176W granting authority to Glasgow district council to evict two residents in Govan under section 36(1) of the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973, he proposes to seek to amend this Act in order to make clear the rights of tenants.
