§ Mr. Robin F. Cookasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will arrange for a copy of the paper prepared by the South of Scotland Electricity Board on the cost of decommissioning nuclear power plants to be deposited in the Library.
§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzie:As far as I know, no paper on decommissioning costs has been published. I shall draw my hon. Friend's interest to the attention of the chairman of the Board.
