§ 24. Mr. Reidasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the work of the Housing (Homeless Persons) Act 1977 in Scotland since it came into effect.
§ Mr. Hugh D. Brown:My right hon. Friend is reviewing the operation of the Act, in consultation with the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities which is consulting other voluntary and statutory organisations working in this field. I will publish statistics relating to this Act from time to time.
