§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister for the Civil Service whether he will publish in the Official Report a detailed list of actual persons or grades who have at any time during the Government's various incomes policies received salary or expenses increases in excess of the scales laid down or recommended in income policy controls.
§ Mr. Charles R. Morris:I can only answer for the Civil Service. I am informed that in all three phases of the Government's pay policy the Civil Service has received increases within the provisions of the policy.
