§ Mr. John Grant:I am informed by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the incidence rate per 100,000 employed in the "bread, flour and confectionery" section of the baking industry has increased whereas the rate in the "biscuit" section of the industry has declined in the last 10 years.
