§ Mr. Guy Barnett:The 37 acres adjoin a site purchased by the Land Commission for development after the extraction of gravel. As part of a contract for this extraction the Commission agreed to buy the adjoining land and lease it to the contractor for further extraction. Negotiations for the sale of the combined site are in progress.
