§ Mr. Arnoldasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is satisfied with the take-up level of rate rebates.
§ Mr. Guy Barnett:In 1977–78 about 70 per cent. of those eligible received a rate rebate. I think that this is reasonably high, but I should still like to see it further improved.
