§ Mr. Gouldasked the Secretary of State for Defence when the microbiological research establishment at Porton is to be handed over to the Department of Health and Social Security.
§ Dr. Gilbert:It is proposed that Ministerial and management responsibility will be assumed by the Secretary of State for Social Services and the Public Health Laboratory Service Board respectively from 1st April 1979.
