§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Attorney-General if he will introduce a procedure whereby at centres such as Caernarfon, where the majority of local residents are Welsh speaking, there can be selected a Welsh-speaking jury to hear cases of defendants who desire to have their cases heard in Welsh.
