§ 44. Mr. Ashtonasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will take steps to extend the provisions of the unfair dismissals tribunals to cover fines imposed by employers especially to football club employees and members of the Armed Forces.
§ Mr. Harold Walker:I consider disciplinary matters short of dismissal should continue to be settled between employer and employee, either through individual negotiation or collective bargaining.
