§ Mr. Deakins:Similar developments have taken place in a variety of contexts. I welcome these, and my Department has already drawn attention to their value, for example in the recent publication"Eating for Health ". It is for health authorities to determine whether and how such facilities should be provided, having regard to local circumstances and the resources available.
