§ Mr. Benn:I have held discussions on company strategy with management and unions in both the gas and electricity industries, and will complete planning agreements with them as soon as possible. Meanwhile, developments in industrial democracy and tripartite arrangements in both industries are furthering one of the main objectives of the planning agreement system— that of worker participation in decisions about the industries' future.
