§ Mr. Spearingasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what action has been taken by the Council of Agriculture Ministers in respect of the report of the EEC Commission to Heads of Government outlining five areas of possible modification of the common agricultural policy.
§ Mr. Bishop:The Commission's report has not been presented to the Council of Agricultural Ministers but the Council will shortly begin its consideration of 1979–80 price proposals which will reflect it.
