§ Mr. Charles Morrisonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is satisfied with the level of fines for livestock worrying by dogs; and if he has any proposals for their increase.
§ Mr. Strang:I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to the hon. Member for Cardigan (Mr. Howells) on 10th November. The maximum fines concerned were increased substantially last year, and I see no reason for further action at this stage.
