§ Mr. EadieThe average overall output per manshift for the week ending 18th November 1978 was 2.35 tonnes; in the corresponding weeks in 1977 and 1976 it was 2.18 tonnes and 2.32 tonnes respectively. Average face output in the week ending 18th November 1978 was 8.81 tonnes; in the corresponding weeks in 1977 and 1976 it was 7.76 tonnes and 8.04 tonnes respectively.
