Mr. Jim Callaghanasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether any increases are being made to cash limits to provide the vaccine damage payments scheme to which he referred in his statement of 9th May.
§ Mr. MoyleThe amount of £2.6 million is being added to the DHSS block 2 cash limit for 1978–79. I understand that the corresponding increases for Scotland and for Wales are £0.3 million and £0.1 million respectively.
