§ Mr. Nobleasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he has details of the scheme introduced by the Belgian Government to prevent the further shrinkage of their textile industry through the provision of licences to producers controlling the import of textile products, provided they agree to maintain employment and capacity; and if he will consider a similar scheme for the United Kingdom.
