§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether it is her policy that the names of the local museums which have qualified on security grounds to benefit from loans of objects from national collections under the system announced by her on 12th July 1977 ought not to be specified in Parliament, on the ground that publicity would constitute a security risk.
