§ Mr. Leeasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is now in a position to state when regulations governing the disbursement and accounting of European Assembly election expenses will be laid before the House.
§ Mr. JohnDraft regulations for the conduct of European Assembly elections, including the arrangements for the control of election expenses, will be published shortly. We hope to lay these before Parliament for approval in the autumn.
