HC Deb 03 August 1978 vol 955 c554W
Mr. Molyneaux

asked the Attorney-General when a decision is likely to be made by the Director of Public Prosecutions in respect of six breaches of the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 arising from last year's local government elections at Ballymoney, Castlereagh, Magherafelt and Dungannon.

The Attorney-General

Prosecutions have already been directed and have resulted in convictions in all cases save one—at Ballymoney—which stands adjourned at the request of the defendant.
