§ Mr. Alfred MorrisA booklet HBI "Help for Handicapped People" giving information on the services and cash benefits available to all handicapped and elderly people in England and Wales, and where help might be obtained, is issued 675W by my Department and is regularly updated. The next edition is expected in November. I am glad to have this opportunity of making it known that copies of the new edition will be obtainable from social services departments, social security offices, family doctors, hospitals and citizens advice bureaux.
