§ Mr. Fordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many jobs have been promoted in Northern Ireland by the Department of Commerce and the local enterprise development unit in the most recent 12 months period for which figures are available.
§ Mr. Mason4,021 jobs were promoted in 33 companies which received selective financial assistance from the Department 417W of Commerce in the 12 months ended 30th June last. 1,212 jobs were promoted by the local enterprise development unit in 94 companies in the 12 months ended 31st March 1978.
