§ Mr. Ronald Brownasked the Secretary of State for Trade what action he proposes to take to maintain a viable piano industry in the United Kingdom by limiting the number of pianos imported from countries outside the EEC into the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. MeacherThere have been no imports at all into the United Kingdom from South Korea, which I understand is the source the industry is concerned about, during the whole of 1977 or in the first five months of 1978, so it is difficult to see how such a case can be put to the EEC Commission at present.
