§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, further to his remarks in the Official Report, 19th July 1977, column 546, that only two or three people in Ormskirk would be concerned about open government, he can now state how many representations he has received to date on the matter from people living in the Ormskirk constituency.
