§ Mr. Paul Deanasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will publish in the Official Report or by other appropriate means the evidence he gave to the European Commission of Human Rights concerning the case submitted by the National Federation of the Self-Employed for the abolition of the class 4 national insurance contribution.
