§ Mr. Merlyn ReesMrs. Mills is charged with conspiracy to cause explosions and, in view of the nature and circumstances of the alleged offence, is being provisionally held in security category A. Brixton Prison is the only establishment in the south-east of England which can accommodate female prisoners in this category, and Mrs. Mills is the only one there at present.
