§ Mr. MoyleCapital projects reported by local authorities for start in 1978–79 or subsequently to be partly or wholly funded by joint finance are set out below. In 1978–79 health authorities in England have been allocated £34½ million for joint finance, including an addition of £2 million arising from the Budget and intended specifically to aid inner cities. £37 million for 1979–80 and £43 million for each of the following two years were included in the resource assumptions notified to health authorities.
