Mr. Buchanan-Smith

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the date of the most recent traffic census on the A92 road north of Stonehaven and on the A92 and A94 roads south of Stone-haven; what was the result of the census; what proportion of traffic in each direction originated, or terminated, or broke their journey in Stonehaven; what growth of traffic the census indicated compared with earlier censuses over the past 10 years; and, on the basis of this census and of other information available to him, what estimate he has made of future traffic growth over five, 10, 15 and 20 year periods, respectively.
