§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Energy if, further to his consultations with the South Wales Electricity Board Consumers' Consultative Council, he will make a statement about his discussions with the South Wales Electricity Board.
§ Mr. BennI have written to the South Wales Electricity Consultative Council to the effect that having considered its representation under Section 7(8) of the Electricity Act 1947—as amended—I have not found a defect in the Board's general plans and arrangements.
