§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownI refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Dunfermline (Mr. Hunter) on 26th April in relation to sheltered662W houses. The only other category of houses designed specifically for old people is amenity houses, which are built to the same standard as sheltered houses but do not have warden services. Some 3,133 amenity houses have either been provided or are under contract in Scotland. I am sending details of both categories to my hon. Friend.
