§ Mr. ArmstrongA letter was received from one of my hon. Friend's constituents concerning bad conditions in an area subject to a housing compulsory purchase order. The Department's reply explained why a decision on the order has been delayed. I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the letter and of the reply.
