Member for Christchurch and Lymington.

§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for Industry what steps he has taken to ensure that a former official in his Department, with access to confidential commercial information on the process and procedures of Oil Recovery International, of Christchurch, Dorset who left his Department and took up employment with a United States competitor of the company, has observed his signed agreement not to disclose privileged information obtained while employed by Her Majesty's Government.
