§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that 40,500 houses and 83 publicly owned buildings—mainly schools and residential homes—have been provided with roof 661W insulation under the job creation programme in Scotland, providing 399 jobs The total cost is not available, but the cost to the Manpower Services Commission was £496,269. The areas which participated were:
