§ Mr. OakesMy right hon. Friend does not have any funds directly at her disposal for this purpose. As I explained in my letter of 4th April to the hon. Member it is for the Arts Council to decide what projects it can support from its housing the arts funds. The Estimates for 1978–79 contain a provision of £600,000 for the Arts Council's housing the arts fund.
